fovus storage-cached mount¶

Mount the cached space of Fovus Storage as a parallel file system.

This file system uses your local SSD as a cache to significantly enhance I/O performance.

Supported operating systems: Ubuntu, CentOS, and Redhat.

The filesystem will be mounted as a network file system at /fovus-storage-cached on Linux. Supported file operations: read, write, overwrite, delete.

The folder /fovus-storage-cached/pipelines is a dedicated space for pipeline run files. Please do not store any user files there.

Usage

fovus storage-cached mount [OPTIONS]

Options

--mount-storage-path <mount_storage_path>¶: The path where Fovus Storage will be mounted. The default path is /fovus-storage-cached.
